In order to avoid and troubleshoot faults, we need to know what faults are and what their causes are.

Common Malfunctions

1. No powder or less powder, low output

2. The finished powder is too coarse or too fine

3. The host current rises, the machine temperature rises, and the fan current drops

4. The host is noisy and vibrates

5. Fan vibration

6. The transmission device and the analysis engine oil tank have been heated

7. The powder supply bearing shaft of the grinding roller device is easily damaged

Causes

1. The powder storage cabinet is improperly adjusted, the seal is not tight, the suction is reversed; the blade is worn and the material cannot be removed

2. The analysis and blade wear are serious and cannot be used for analysis; the air volume of the fan is not appropriate

3. If too much material is added, the air duct will be blocked by powder, the exhaust of the air duct will not be smooth, and the circulating air will generate heat

4. The feed speed is low or the shaft of the main machine and the conveying device are different, there is no gap between the two couplings, the anchor bolts are loose; the material is hard, the impact is large or there is no material layer; the grinding roller and the grinding ring are seriously deformed

5. Powder accumulation or unbalanced wear on the blade; loose anchor bolts

6. The oil has high viscosity and thick oil, which cannot be pumped into the screw pump oil, which causes the upper bearing oil to run out.

7. Engine oil or sealing ring is damaged; long-term lack of maintenance and cleaning

Troubleshooting Methods

1. Check and adjust the seal of the powder storage cabinet, if a leak is found, it should be blocked; replace the blade

2. Reinstall the blades and properly close the air inlet of the fan; if it is too thin, please increase the air intake

3. Reduce the amount of feed and clean up the dust accumulation in the air pipe; open the big air pipe valve to control the humidity of the feed below 6%

4. Adjust the feed rate, correct the coaxiality, adjust the gap between the two couplings; reduce the feeding amount

5. Accumulate powder on the blade or replace the blade; tighten the anchor bolts

6. Check whether the oil model and viscosity meet the requirements; check the running direction of the analyzer

7. Refuel in time according to the specified time; clean and replace the oil seal regularly

Maintenance

1. The operator must have a certain technical level, and the operator must be given technical training before installing the rolling mill.

2. Develop equipment 'maintenance safety operating system'; necessary maintenance tools, grease and accessories are required.

3. After the mill has been used for a period of time, the wearing parts should be repaired and replaced, and the continuous bolts and screws should be carefully checked before and after use.

4. If the grinding roller has been used for more than 500 hours, the grinding roller must be cleaned.
